WORLD BANK ELECTRONIC DATABASES
The World Bank e-Library is a subscription-based e-reference for libraries and institutions to the Bank's full-text, indexed collection of over 4,500 books, reports, and research papers -plus every new World Bank title as it is published, The World Bank and its publishing partner, Ingenta, launched the e-Library in May of 2003.

World Development Indicators (WDI) Online offers the World Bank's comprehensive database on development data, covering 737 indicators, 208 countries, and 18 country groups. Data includes social, economic, financial, natural resources, and environmental indicators from 1960 where data available. Data outputs can be viewed as graphs, on a World map, and exported in standard formats including Excel. Updated periodically; annual data loaded in May.

Global Development Finance (GDF) Online offers external debt and financial flow data for the 135 countries that report public and publicly-guaranteed debt to the World Bank's Debtor Reporting System. Time series data includes 220 indicators from 1970. Technical features include graphing and easy export options including Excel, Updated periodically; annual data loaded in January. Subscription includes access to GDF Country and Summary Data in PDF format.

Africa Development Indicators (ADI) Online provides the most comprehensive collection of data on Africa available, It contains data for over 1,000 statistical indicators and time series from 1965 for 53 countries. Data include social, economic, financial, natural resources, infrastructure, governance, partnership, and environmental indicators.

Global Economic Monitor (GEM) is a "one-stop shop" portal for analysis of current economic trends, and economic and financial indicators. It features up-to-date analysis on global economic conditions, daily briefs, event-driven focus reports, high-frequency datasets via Quick Query, forecasts of world commodity prices, main macroeconomic indicators for over 130 countries, and regular Monthly briefs.
